Transport Monitoring

Highlights

End-to-end visibility and compliance for high-value cargo and cold chain

Designed for road/sea/air transportation of high-value equipment and cold-chain pharmaceutical logistics. Multi-sensor fusion of shock, vibration, tilt, temperature and humidity, plus full-domain positioning and wireless telemetry, deliver real-time visibility, instant alerts and audit-ready reports.

  • End-to-end multimodal transport: cargo switches between road, rail, sea and air, with widely differing environments and vibration spectra — a single sensing scheme cannot cover the whole journey.

  • High-value and non-repeatable: damage to equipment or a cold-chain break has severe consequences, so monitoring must be fully deployed before departure and run continuously without intervention.

  • Long unattended cycles: cross-border transport often lasts weeks or months, so the monitoring system needs its own power to run continuously and auto-wake to raise alarms.

  • Instantaneous abnormal events: shocks, drops and tip-overs are millisecond-level transient events that must auto-trigger and retain pre- and post-event waveforms.

  • Positioning in motion: cargo location changes throughout transport, requiring multi-mode positioning and wireless backhaul to avoid offline blind spots.

  • Strong compliance and audit constraints: equipment handover and biomedical cold chains must meet GSP/GDP regulations, so monitoring data must be traceable, auditable and able to form formal reports.
